Racketball rules

From the 1 April 2009 all Racketball events sanctioned by England Squash & Racketball will

be played using PAR-11 scoring system, with a player to win by two clear points at 10-10 in each

game.

England Squash & Racketball have trialled PAR-11 extensively in a controlled environment over

the past 6 months at all levels, including – local leagues, county championships, regional singles

events and the national doubles championships. Feedback from players, spectators and

organisers has been extremely positive towards PAR-11. At local level it has allowed players to

complete matches within a normal single booked session. At events the matches have remained

highly competitive and the duration of games has suited scheduling, playing and spectating

requirements.
